All competitors must hold their own Public Liability insurance
It is mandatory for all riders to wear a protective helmet to British standard EN1384, ASTM1163 or PAS015 with chin strap fastened at all times
Lunging is not permitted in any area
In the event of insufficient starters in any class, entry money will be refunded
The decision of the Judges/Organisers is final
The organisers reserve the right to cancel classes at their discretion
For any entries paid for and not taken, no refund will be given, unless the class is cancelled
All dogs must be kept on leads
Children under 16 must be supervised at all times
In case of accident any cost of paramedic or vet to be met by injured party
LEGAL LIABILITY The Organisers, nor any agent, employee or representative, accepts no liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury or illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, land, cars, their contents or accessories, or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by negligence, breach of contract or in any other way whatsoever
HEALTH & SAFETY The Organisers of this event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring, and must obey the instructions of the organisers, officials and stewards
